After a physical therapist showed us these several years ago, we decided to start rolling our own peanuts in-house here at Ragged Mountain.  This deep (note: can be a bit painful) massage tool is great for those hard to reach places like your upper hamstring, glutes, piriformis and hips.  Kind of like a more intense version of a foam roller.
