Day Two (8/28)
Mark and Cynthia’s journey along the West Highland Way featured a beautiful 16 mile walk overlooking and then alongside the legendary Loch Lomond. They, along with Mark’s sister Lisa and brother-in-law Tim, took the “high road” and were treated to stunning views of this iconic loch throughout their long day of hiking in the Scottish Highlands.

Day 3 (8/29)
Cynthia and Mark's West Highland Way took them the last 16 miles north along the shores of magnificent Lock Lomond. Scotland had its wettest summer in history, so the waterfalls and mountain streams rushing down the lush green slopes of this iconic loch are bountiful. The 62 degree highs and low humidity have made the experience even that much more enjoyable!
