Step 1: Type 3 in hours cell, 25 in minutes cell, and 0 in seconds cell and check "Marathon"
Step 2: Type 105 for the percentage of effort.
Step 3: Type 2000 for Rep distance and check "meters"

Repeat Step 2: Type 87 for percentage of effort
Repeat Step 3: Type 1000 for Rep distance and check "meters"
Workout should be 4x2000m @ 9:20 w/ 1000m @ 5:29 in between


Workout #2: 6 mile recovery at 80% for a 4:00 marathoner.

Step 1: Type 4 in hours cell, 0 in minutes cell, and 0 in seconds cell and check "Marathon"
Step 2: Type 85 for the percentage of effort.
Step 3: Type 6 for Rep distance and check "Miles"

Workout should be at 10:59 pace or 6 miles in 65:54
