Virtual Fitting Process
Our virtual fitting process is essentially the exact same one we'd go through if you were here in the store under normal circumstances. The ability to watch you walk and run in your bare feet as well as in your old shoes (from a couple different angles), is immensely helpful to us. When answering the questions, the more information you can give us, the better. We're all about asking questions at Ragged Mountain, so brevity is not preferred in this instance :)
We realize this is a bit of a hassle on your end, but by completing the process, it allows us to respond with our thoughts as well as specific shoe suggestions and to make this process as personalized as if you were right next to us in the shop. Thank you for continuing to trust us with your feet, shoes, and exercise routine. We are thankful for each day we get to serve you, our wonderful customers! |

To get started, please email Alec the following information:
1. What is your current pair of shoes?
2. Are you having any issues in terms of foot/lower leg pain? If not now, have you had any recent issues in the last ~6 months?
3. What is your current routine in terms of mileage, days/week, longest run you've done in the last few weeks, etc?
4. Moving forward, what does your ideal routine look like in terms of the above?
Also, please text 434.962.2366 or email (outside if possible to allow more space to walk and run):
1. A picture of the bottom of your shoes (to see the wear)
2. A picture, taken from ground level, of a profile view of your arches (bare feet)
3. A picture, taken from above, of your bare feet
4. A video, taken from ground level, of you doing a brisk walk 20-25 feet away from the camera and then back towards it (bare feet)
5. Same as above, but jogging in bare feet (only if you're going to be running)
6. Same as above, but a brisk walk in your current shoes
7. Same as above, but jogging in current shoes (only if you're going to be running)
Thanks for taking the time to walk through these steps with us. We look forward to sharing our thoughts and feedback with you in recommending the best shoes to fit your gait.
