-The CTC Baby Boomers, who ran an excellent team race in the 60+ age group at the USA National Club XC Team Championships in Lehigh! -Rick Kwiatkowski and his hearty crew of trail runners, who ran the entire 20+ mile RTF loop in the cold rain last Saturday morning! -A great big congrats to the 2019 All Central Virginia Cross Country Squad! What a truly wonderful group of hardworking and talented athletes. We’re so very proud of you.

About Runners of the WeekRunners of the Week has been a Ragged Mountain family tradition since 1982. Each week we select a few individuals (although sometimes we will actually spotlight all of the members of a relay team, like we did when the Western Albemarle Boys DMR indoor squad won the National title in 2008 or an entire team, as we did when the UVa Women won the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships way back in the Winter of 1982) as our “Runners of the Week".
