Starting today, we will begin asking all of our customers who are doing curbside try ons and fittings to please wear a mask. While the vast majority of people have already been doing this recently, we still wanted to implement a uniform, blanket policy moving forward. This is done out of an abundance of caution, and to keep all of our customers, and employees, as safe as possible in each and every interaction. We will continue to keep our doors closed to the public (and will do so for the foreseeable future), BUT will continue to be available to each and every customer outside our doors, Monday-Saturday from 8:00-3:00. We have thoroughly enjoyed interacting with all of our customers face to face outside as it has given us a sense of normalcy during this uneasy time.
For anyone who does not already have a mask, we will gladly offer free disposable ones at each try on station. Anyone unable to wear a mask for a specific health reason can still be helped in many ways, whether it's on the phone, by email, or via our virtual fitting process. We are here to serve each and every one of our customers, regardless of the situation. And in no way does this mean we will be relaxing any of our previous policies of keeping our 6+ feet of distance when helping you outside, not touching your shoes to check fit, etc.
